Is this plan ok?

My family will be at UO week of 9/27. We're staying offsite and using the Buy 2/Get 2 ticket offer, no Express passes, no HHN. We will rope drop and stay until close everyday (not a problem for us, since they close on the early side). I looked at the hours for both US and IOA that week. I used to look at crowd calendars but I'm not sure those really matter as much anymore, given all the changes at theme parks in the last 2 years. Here is my plan, chosen by park hours to maximize park time and working around HHN since we're not attending:

Mon - US 8-6
Tues - US 8-6
Wed - off day, pool day
Thur - IOA 9-8 (HHN night)
Frid - IOA 9-8 (HHN night)

Is this plan ok? Will IOA be busy on Thursday and Friday since US closes at 5:00 for HHN?

Thanks!

Tues is not an HHN night.

Oops, you're right. I was accidentally looking at the October dates - I will edit my post. I'm still wondering about Thursday and Friday though. We've never been to UO as a family. The last time I visited was over 20 years ago.

Just curious, why aren't you going to HHN? We're going to be on a Disney trip and we decided to do Boo Bash just to take in the uniqueness. Were I going to Universal on that trip I think I would want to go to HHN one night even though it doesn't really sound like my cup of tea.

I would absolutely LOVE to go to HHN but I'm the only one in my family who loves anything horror-related. They are all wimps! Since we're doing 4 park days, I think even one late night would do me in. I want to plan HHN one year when we have a less-busy vacation schedule. Four days is a lot for us, as we usually only do 2 park days max. We attend MNSSHP every year, the last one being in 2019. I really hope Disney brings it back next year. If that's the case, then next year I would plan one MNSSHP and at least one HHN next year, maybe even two.
