Have you all noticed that if you quote someone and they then edit their quote that the edit also changes your posting where you quoted them?
Did that make sense?

Well, so much for the rule;):rotfl:

Sooooooo, now we just copy and paste the text without using the quote function!

That must be something new. But yeah, just copy and paste. The rule lives on! So did it change? :rotfl:

Ahhh, Thanks for the heads up! :cool1:

I quoted a response and then replied. The person then changed their original post to say "never mind" and now my response looks like I am talking to myself or have lost my mind since no one knows what I am talking about!

I don't think this new thing is a good thing. :headache:

Really?

I think it was just a fluke. I quoted phorsenuf's post, #4, and she went back and changed it. My quote doesn't reflect her edit.

Oh gosh I hope it was just a fluke. I've had it happen twice in the past 24 hours.

Yes, I quoted someone and responded under the quote just like I am doing here
The person I quoted at some point changed their comment and when I went to check the thread the quote that I had quoted (in the yellow box on my comment) now said "Never mind"
Perhaps she changed while I was writing my reply and had not actually submitted my comments with the quote? That is the only thing I can think of

You have now entered the Twilight Zone within a Twilight Zone.:car:pixiedust::drive:
And let's go to the 4th level.....we will see.....

Nope does not seem to change here.

Perhaps the person who was being quoted asked a mod to remove references to the quoted post.

In other words, it was done by hand by a moderator.
