So we've only been to Disney twice but hadn't gotten this email before. Is this something new they do?

Start Planning your Walt Disney World Resort Visit...It welcomes us to the Poly then takes me to a 4 page survey asking me about, airlines, arrivals, dinner ressies they can help with, child care ect.
