Is this lots of time?

We have reservations for 8:30am horseback riding in FW (late August). We also have a 10:45am ADR at 1900 Park Fare for breakfast. Horseback riding will be over by 9:30. Should I move ADR to 11:15 (there is a spot available) or should this be lots of time, using Disney transportation, to get from horseback riding to 1900 at the GF? TIA

I would move it.

You are going to ride a sweaty horse in the August heat then go to a restaurant?

I wouldn't do it but that's just me.

1hour and 15 minutes should leave you plenty of time to get to the GF. You can take the boat to MK then boat or monorail to GF.

I would switch it. Even though an hour and 15 minutes seems like plenty of time, Disney transportation is SLOW on off peak hours, also you likely won't just hop off the horse and leave, you will prob have to go to the bathroom, grab a water, get yourself freshened up, walk to the boat, wait for the boat, walk to the monorail, wait for the mononrail.

If you can give yourselves another hour that would be ideal.

Yes, you could make it if you leave FW at 9:30.

But as others have said, won't you want to freshen up/change after riding horses? Where are you staying?

I see in your signature that you've been to WDW on many occasions in August, so you are aware of the weather. I honestly would want to do a serious refresh after riding horses in the hot, humid summer. You can ride the boat back to MK and then the boat to GF in about an hour I think if you aren't planning to return to your hotel (assuming you aren't staying at FW or GF) first for the refresh. Have a good time at both places and at WDW!

I'd say you'll have plenty of time. Especially being pretty close to the resort. Either Bust to MK, or Boat & grab a monorail..Shouldn't be too bad'

Thanks to everyone for your replies. I guess I should have said that it is just my DD's (13 and 16) who will be riding the horses. No way I'm getting on a horse lol:-)
We are planning on having them bring a change of clothes, so hopefully they won't smell:cutie:
Thanks again to all!

Switch it. You are not going to be pleasant to be around until you shower.

We are coming from POFQ, so not the option to go back to freshen up. We are planning to bring changes of clothes for our DD's to change (they will wear long pants and running shoes to ride, so definitely planning on changing afterwards). We will also bring scented anti bacterial wipes. After our 1900 Park Fare meal we are back at the resort for the day. DH and I are not riding (too chicken :rotfl:)
