Is this dining rotation even possible on a Magic 5 night cruise?

My wife and I are Doing the five night Bahamian Cruise on the Magic next January. What I would like to do dining-wise is the following: two nights at animators palate (so we can see both of the shows); Pirates theme night (don't care where); and one night at Palo's.

Is this possible? If I understand everything correctly (and assuming we could make all these changes to our rotation once we board) we could do AP on nights two and five, pirates party (somewhere) on night four and palo's on night three (with night one in one of the other two dining rooms.

Is there anything else I am missing here? Thanks in advance for the help!

Well, you can certainly make requests, but...

There are set rotations. It's not a "choose your own adventure" kind of thing. Even if you're concierge they aren't going to change the entire rotation order for you - get you a rotation with AP twice? Probably. Make it twice in an order that no one else is on? No.

Pirate Night is a set thing. You don't get to pick when you have Pirate Night. The whole ship has Pirate Night together.

You can certainly request being in Animator's Palate twice - but there is the possibility the second night would be Pirate Night.
And you select when you make your reservation at Palo. When your check-in window opens, you can see which is Pirate Night so you don't schedule Palo on that night. No special requests needed to book that.

The more restrictions you put on your requests, the harder it is for them to be met (and they will never guarantee a rotation). And as I said, the rotations are set. There may not be a rotation that is "Animator's on Night 2 and 5".

But really all i would need is a rotation with AP on night two to get the second AP dinner on noght 5 right?

i don't care where we eat on nights 1,3 and 4, so if I get a rotation with AP for night 2, all i would need then is to score a Palo ressie on night 1 or 3 correct?

I don't know the rotations - even the phone CMs don't know the rotations. Usually you go through the MDRs first before repeating, but not always. And likewise it is not always 12312 - it could be any variation on those.

You can certainly request the rotation with Animator's on the second night, but a) they cannot and will not guarantee it, b) that that would give you Animator's twice, and c) even if you do, that the second night won't be Pirate Night.

And most likely you could book Palo for Night 1 or 3 and not miss Animator's, BUT that is not a guarantee that you won't miss it.

The "second show" in AP is only available on cruises of 7 nights and longer. DCL wants everyone to be able to dine in AP twice for the second show to be scheduled. They don't do it if a cruise allows some of the guests to only be in there once.

A 5 night cruise will have the 3 rotational menus (different menu in each dining room), Pirate night, and Til We Meet Again (usually).
