This is the plan for our first full day at Disney:

Wake up at the Poly. :goodvibes My sis and her family are arriving the night before, I will have been there solo for 2 days. Go swimming until noon, take taxi(s) over to the BCV's and check in. Spend the day in MK, have dinner at Chef Mickey's at 6:10p.m., go back for EMH at MK.

Is this too crazy? My nieces and nephew have never seen Spectromagic, and only my nephew has seen Wishes. So I was thinking maybe Chef Mickey's should be earlier if I can switch it. I have been know to hold my parade spot for 1 1/2 hours, so I am worried about them not being able to see if we get to the park too late.

What do you think?

When exactly are you going? I would say you'd be OK if you plan to watch Spectro from Liberty Square/ Frontierland as you can usually find a decent spot 45 or so minutes before showtime from there.

party: party: party: Make sure the fireworks will be on that night. You did not say when you will be going. have a great time.

That day will be October 22. So Spectomagic is at 8, Wishes at 9. I have always watched the fireworks from Main Street. :rainbow:

If that's when you're going, then I'd say definitely move your Chef Mickey's earlier. With that timeframe, even if you were seated right on time and stayed only an hour, you still wouldn't make it back to the MK until almost 7:30. Too stressful.

We usually watch Spectro from Frontierland, then walk to Main Street afterwards to see Wishes. Since anywhere near Casey's Corner is good for Wishes, we try to be around there. Most people try to crowd closer to the castle (where you miss some of the pyro if you're too close) or on the train station end (where they don't dim the lights.)

You are a very brave woman. That is a lot to tackle in one day. I've done crazy stuff like that too, so I will never say it can't be done. Don't lose your head, don't lose your cool and remember to pack plenty of

and enough

for everyone in your party. Don't stress, have FUN! It's doable :thumbsup2

Thanks for the advice! I just changed my ADR to 5:30, and I will plan on going over to Frontierland to watch the parade.

I will put some asprin in my fannypack, in case of :headache: too!
