is this at all doable for an HS day?

my sister is going in mid/late september.
the party includes her, her DH, DD1 age 7, and DD2 age 2yrs5mos at time of travel.
her must do's at HS are...
-RNRC
-BATB
-GMR
-TSM
-muppets
-star tours
-frozen sing along
-F!
and she'd like to do TOT but its not a must.

she planned meals according to when she could get what and now her HS day is pretty crazy.
it doesn't help that HS closes at 7:30pm that day.

she has ohana at 9:55am.
what's the earliest she should expect to get to HS?

i'm basing my itinerary idea on her being IN the park at noon.

12pm- GMR
12:30pm-1:30pm- TSM FP+ (hopefully arrive around 12:45pm)
1pm: head to muppets
1:45pm-2:45pm- RNRC (get rider swap, first person goes in single rider line, second person uses rider swap to go in FP+ line) and try for TOT if it looks like there's time (get rider swap, first person goes through regular line and second person uses rider swap to go through FP+ line)
2:45pm- get seat for BATB
3pm-3:25pm- watch BATB
3:30pm-4:30pm- star tours FP+ (hopefully arriving around 3:45pm)
4:05pm- check in for 4:20pm sci-fi ADR
6:30- frozen sing along FP+
7:15pm: get in line for F! which starts at 8pm

how does my plan look to you?
any help tweaking it?

also i've never used rider swap so how does it work for RNRC? can you get it and then have the first person go in single rider line and second person use FP+ line?

also how long do you have to use the rider swap? for example if they get on RNRC and then only one person has time to go on TOT can the other person go on using the rider swap LATER? like prior to getting in line for F!?

and you have to get rider swap at each individual attraction that you want to use it for correct?

all of this is thinking is starting to make my head hurt and i'm just trying to get things set so i can make her FP+ selections in a few days.
