Is this AR doable

flight lands in Orlando at 5:58pm - 8:45pm Ohanas dinner

staying at POP -

could this be done? How would you do this?

If you aren't doing Magical Express and are renting your own car-I think it is doable if you drive right to The Poly from the airport. When you get to MK toll booth,go to the last booth that cars can go to on the right and explain to CM that you haven't checked in yet,but want to make your Ohana reservations before you check in at Pop. I am pretty sure then that they won't charge you to park.

I think the rule of thumb is to figure one hour to get from airport to hotel, one hour to check in and I don't really think you will need a full hour to go to another resort. I wouldn't see why you wouldn't make it... I've stayed at POP and only did a 1/2 hour ride to the parks...never seemed like a full hour.

Others may be more informed than me though...it has been a couple of years!!

we are doing magical express - so we will be going to POP first, and we are bringing our luggage into the room - please advise . . . .

Theoretically, if you land close to 6pm - you should be at POP by 7:30p - which gives you time to check in and catch a bus to the Poly for dinner at 8:40. If your plane is late or Magical Express is running slow - you might have to get to POP and immediately look for a bus to the POLY. Then check in later.

Oh yes could I do this? Or just go to POP and leave my bags there, then check in after?

Are you waiting for your bags at the airport for some reason? You don't have to get your bags with ME - just get on the bus and get to your hotel. Your bags will show up later.

If you have carryons - I'm sure they can hold them at POP.

If you're on the dining plan - you may need to check in first so that your Ohana meal goes on your credits. You might want to check on that.

Sorry but they won't let you do this. You have to go the resort that your luggage is going to and you are staying at. We asked about this ourselves for a similar thing.

I'm guessing you should have enough time providing your flight is not really delayed but who knows now with the current state of airlines.

ok yeah i want to bring my bags on ME with me, I always do
And ya I asusme I would have to check in at POP for the meal plan etc.

If you're running late when you arrive at your resort, take a cab to the Poly instead of the bus. It will get you there in short order and will be a few $ well-spent.
