Is this a timeshare tour???

I'm wanting a quick affortable trip to Disneyland ... I pulled up an offer that was something like $99 per person for a three day two night stay at the Crowne Plaza, it also includes a ticket to the park. It talked about the "Peacock Suites"... and I think that is timeshare. Has anyone done this? Is it worth it? Are they very aggressive?
I also saw on Hotwire that they have a 3.5 star hotel for $66 a night. The example they give is the Crowne Plaza. Now I know they say that's just an example of the hotel that you may get - has anyone done it this way? I have an Entertainment card - but how does that work with Hotwire?
Am I right that my Annual Pass to DW is not good for DL? Sorry if these questions sound so dense, but my hubby usually does all this...and since I'm the one wanting to make this trip...he's letting me put it together. We're renting a car....so that's a plus.

if its arimeshare it will sate a 90min pesentation so if you do go make a note of time they first start to sell to you and after 90min tell them thanks but no thanks and they are obliged to let you go as you have honoured your side od the deal by sitting there for 90min

The Peacock Suites itself is a regular hotel, not a timeshare. This is a budget, all suites hotel about a mile or so from Disneylandf. However, your offer could be part of a timeshare deal. Without seeing the whole offer, it's difficult for anyone to make a judgment on it.

At least some of Peacock Suites is timeshare -- run by Shell Vacation Club and traded through RCI (#s 4029 and 6093).

It sounds like a timeshare tour to me. And don't count on 90 minutes, many are 2-3 hours.
