ACY to MCO August 2010. $69.00 down - $109.00 return with $35.00 off promotion with Spirit. Good price or hold out for something better?

The $69 down is a good price but the $109 is no bargain at all. Unless it's a Sun evening return. I am not familiar with Spirit but do they have lots of fees?
Airtran flies out of ACY also. I always compare with Southwest out of Philly if that's an option for you. They allow 2 bags pp free and no fees for changes/cancellations. Still offer snacks/soda free.
