Is this a good price for 17 nights?

I am looking at prices for November 2014 leaving 7 Nov for 17 nights for 2 adults, one child aged 3, staying at SSR with 14 day tickets and (intend to go offsite for 3 days) with DDP (no flights) for £3279 from Complete Orlando. I have searched Travel City Direct for the same thing and the price with flights is coming in at £5671.97!!!! Surely flights at this time of year will not be so high? I have also contacted Charter Travel but I am yet to hear back.

There is no guarantee I will book as I am supposed to be waiting until 2015 but I think the price from Complete Orlando is really good. I can do 14 nights at SSR with them for £2850 too, as I queried maybe doing a Universal hotel for 3 nights but I may just go for the full 17 at Disney. What does everyone think of the price? Surely I can get flights for less than £2,000 if I went with Complete Orlando?

Thanks

Our flights with complete orlando this nov 20/11-5/12 for four of us were £1800 we added a day as flights were cheaper

Is thats a studio or one bed?

I think complete are cheapest around and will be booking with them for next year again. You pay deposit only for flights when you add them too

That sounds good to me!

We've just booked our flights with BA for August next year (like you, we booked our package and flights separately, mainly because we had a £200 credit from BA we wanted to use up). When we initially looked, it was £2K for 2 adults, but a week later when I checked the sale was on, the price came down and it was only £1400 for the two of us. I'd guess, as you have time to shop around, you'd get a good deal somewhere for flights :)

Sarah that is for a studio, I am undecided whether I would go for SSR or OKW as they are both the same price but SSR has a sofa bed in the studios whereas OKW has another bed. A one bed is much more and I don't think it's worth the extra as we won't be in the room that much. I also haven't stayed at SSR so it might be worth it for that reason alone. So Sarah do you have free dining this year?

Budgiemama- That sounds right, I will have enough time to shop around so maybe I do have a good price. We usually go in Aug/Sep but this time I want to see the Christmas decorations.

I just got a quote from Charter Travel and they are coming in at £4850 with Virgin flights. So that is about £1550 for flights for all of us, does this price seem better? I thought flights might have been a bit cheaper than this for November???

We are paying 1800 for four of us this nov so 1550 is not bad for virgin flights

What deposit do you need topay with them?

Wow, i paid less than 500 with complete orlando :-( 264 for hotel and tickets and 200 for flights :-)

Yeah the £750 rules it out for me. I need to check WDW holidays itself but I am pretty sure they are about £500 more.
