Also... is the contract "stripped", i.e. are there points available for 2019 or have they all been used for 2019 and borrowed from 2020? That can make a substantial difference in the price.

From what I see there's a pretty healthy inventory of most resorts resale. Eventually that we'll put a downward pressure on the pricing.

I just had an accepted offer at $92 for Boulder Ridge. 100pt 2019-0 2020-16. This is my second contract, 250 at SSR, so I didn't want to go over 100pts for my needs.

Now you have CCV at the same resort and BRV expires in 23 years, Disney has changed up some things and prices are falling a little.
