Is this a good deal?????

We purchases a pkg. deal through Getaway Today for a stay at the DL Hotel. We are staying July 8-14 for 6 nights. We also got 4- 5 day hopper tickets and 4 -1 day Knott's tickets We got a standard room at the DL hotel. Tax included for the entire pkg. was 2155.00. This is for my wife and I and our 2 teenagers. Is this a pretty good deal? Also we bought airfare through Southwest and got some awsome deals for flying from Nashville to Las Vegas and then onto Orange Cty. airport. Our roundtrip from Nasville to vegas is only 580.00 tax included for all 4 of us. And it's only 208.00 from Las Vegas to Orange Cty roundtrip. We will be staying in Las Vegas our last 2 nights after leaving DL and then returning home. Does this sound pretty good as far as the pkg. deal I mean? Sorry so long!! Thanks, Chip.

I peaked through Expedia....it looks like your package is a reasonable one.

I did not initially respond because I was taken aback by the cost. I usually only go the DLR hotels in off season!

Mousesavers.com might give you a heads up on any better deals.

Does the 2155 include taxes? If not, then I'd say it's average. Of it is, then a good deal but not great. Discounts at that time of year for the Disneyland Resort hotels are very difficult to come by. I'm sure oyu could probably find a way to get the price down a little more but, not by much. Sure you could save 50 bucks but, your time spent is worth something too.
I'd keep my eyes and ears open for other possible discounts but, don't stress too much about it.
If you want, I can give you some more information to help you out with your touring of Disneyland.
Also, on your Southwest reservations, did you book online and are you Rapid Rewards members? Hopefully, you answer yes to both.

Chip, I don't know about your specific package because I'm not familiar with what the DL Hotel usually goes for, but generally speaking Getaway's prices are great. We've used them twice now and each time I've tried to beat their deals by doing everything myself and I couldn't do it.
