Hi

Very excited planning next trip :yay::yay:

Looking to book mon 12th November to fri 16th November.

Does anyone know if this is a good time to book ie avoiding any school hols & will the Christmas season have started?

Thanks

Thats about the time we went last year. The parks were quiet (although were quieter in the middle of dec the year before) and all the christmas stuff was up. Our only slight disappointment was its a small world was closed because they were doing the xmas overlay. Other than that it wasnt too cold and a fab time to go :thumbsup2

We often go this time and its lovely. We have been very lucky with the weather - not much rain and not too cold (although remember how quickly the temperature drops when the sun goes down).

It's been not too busy so able to get around okay. Christmas at Disney is just gorgeous!

Thanks for your replies.

I've now found out my dh has to work on fri 16th. :sad1:

Am considering travelling on sun 11th -will it be really busy as armistice day? Although we wouldn't be in the park that long on that day.

Does anyone know if the Monday becomes a bank holiday as Its on Sunday this year?

Or should I book following week instead Either Sunday 18th or mon 19th for 4 nights but might be colder/more likelihood of snow?

Decisions decisions
So want to book it ASAP. :goodvibes

I'm not sure about the other dates, but going from this date will be fine honestly! I went the end of november last year and the weather was fine, we even had a sunny day. A week or so won't really vary weather wise, and the parks aren't busy at all during November so it's lovely having christmas time but not 30248298 people everywhere. So i think either of the dates you choose will be fine and you'll have a great time :)

We don't get bank holidays moved (unfortunately) if they fall on the weekend like in UK :sad1:

So Monday will be as normal ie quiet at that time of year

Weatherwise we didn't get snow last year in Nov and in 2010 it only started on the 27th/28th of Nov so you should be fine on that front too :thumbsup2
