I've been trying to research this on my own, but I haven't come up with anything besides the generic "Disney characters" description. So, I thought I'd come to the experts. My boys will be 5 and 3 when we go and I'd love to find something like this for them to do so I can take my 8year old DD to CRT.

Thanks so much!:thumbsup2

Unfortunately, no.. There really isn't a "boy" geared character meal at this time. However, if your kids are Mickey fans there are plenty of really great meals with them. Like the Best Friend Breakfast with Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch. That breakfast is a lot of fun and it is served family style rather than a buffet at the 'Ohana restaurant. If your kids like Chip and Dale you can find them at Garden Grill with Farmer Mickey and Pluto. Another meal served family style and the restaurant slowly rotates with scenes from Living with the Land. These two are some of our favorites. Tusker House is supposed to be really wonderful with Donald greeting guests outside while Daisy, Mickey, Goofy and I believe Pluto circulate the restaurant in safari gear. They will be adding a character lunch in a few months in addition to the breakfast they currently serve. Pooh and friends can be found for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Crystal Palace. And I do know Hollywood and Vine has a character breakfast with some of the Disney Junior characters.

Hope this helps a little!

I know the CRT isn't really for boys, but, when we took my dd9 last year, my two boys 8 & 2 at the time enjoyed it. My 8yr ds shyed away from the princesses but did enjoy the knights sword that was given to him. My 2yr old ds enjoyed the sword as well as getting kissed on the cheek by snowwhite. A couple of days ago I asked both my dd10 and ds9 what their 3 favorite TS meals they wanted to do for our upcoming trip, they both replied CRT. I do wish Disney would do a Toy Story character meal though, all 3 of my kids would love it!:)

I know that I have read on here that a lot of Mums with boys would love there to be a Toy story character meal! My DD would be in heaven with too though!! At the moment she has an imaginary Buzz ( I think Santa will probably bring a real one though! ;))

Claire :)

It's not a character meal, but there is the Toy-Story themed Pizza Planet at Hollywood Studios.

1) They DID have a Toy Story character meal.
. . . it was all planned
. . . it was fully recruited
. . . it had all the CM characters costumes
. . . it had all the CM's trained
. . . it had to be canceled
2) The "powers to be" decided another theme was better.
3) The result was/is The Little Einsteins.
. . . it was decided that there needed to be a "little kids" meal
. . . the other meals were for princesses or "older" kids
. . . now, they wanted the pre-school group
4) Right or wrong, Toy Story meals have never been revisited.
