...Park Hopper beverage mug? One that a person could purchase on the first day of a trip and carry to all the parks for refills? Is this just a pipe dream?

When we went to WDW with a friend and her three kids, she kept asking if there were FREE refills on your drinks. I kept saying "this is Disney NOTHING is free!" The mugs would be a good idea though!

Actually they have the refillable mugs at the Water parks, too... but they are only good for one visit.
