Is there such a thing as a romantic dinner at MK?

If there is, please tell me where cuz I am not finding it in the restaurant descriptions. :confused3

Victoria and Alberts end. of. story.

It is on the expensive side, but considering the level of food quality it is actually a bargain.

Oh sorry, you wanted MK.

Nope, nothing remotely romantic at MK.

I would think you could turn any of the lesser visited restaurants into a romantic meal. We have done a 8:45 at Narcoossee's for Wishes that was nice and quiet. Also a late Yachtsman that was very nice because it was just Dh and I, then we finished with drinks and illuminations at Epcot.

You mean you don't find Cosmic Ray's completely romantic and enchanting?!?!

Nope, not inside MK, unfortunately.

None of the MK restaurants say "romance" to me. Not even Tony's, with it's Lady and Tramp theme.

Not unless you "make" it romantic yourself. The atmosphere at MK restaurants is generally not conducive to romance. Leave the park and go to a resort restaurant if you want a quieter experience.

Hop on the monorail and go to one of the signiatures in the hotels. Otherwise, no, nothing in MK. Tony's in the closest, and I wouldn't go that far. Definitely California Grill or Narcoossee's.

We somehow manage to make Caseys romantic very time! But when we have a Ts meal we like a glass of wine or two, so no, sorry, we haven't found a proper romantic place!

Suprised that no one has recommended San Angel Inn. (not the new mexican place, this is the restaurant IN the mexican pavillion).

This place is by far the most romantic spot (that is affordable)

You dine inside, but it is set up like a outside patio on a mexican river. The river is the little boat ride that goes thru the building. But it adds such ambiance to the restaurant. With the volcano in the backdrop, the water, the "stars" you really feel like you are outside in Mexico.
The food is good, will warn you it is NOT tex mex, it is more traditional so look at the menu to make sure you can find something you like.

But for a romantic atmosphere...you aren't going to beat this one.

Have fun!

Is California Grill romantic? That is a short stroll from the MK front gate.

Can you see Wishes from every table?

No you can not see Wishes from every table, but there is an outside observation deck that is nice.

CG can get pretty noisy and boisterous, so I wouldn't say it is a romantic restaurant.

Citricos is a better bet, but as I mentioned earlier, V&A is where it's at.

it's in Epcot, the OP asked about MK. It's just a monorail ride and a bit of a walk away though, if they have a park hopper.

Inside the MK? Not so much. But a short monorail ride away, there are plenty. I see the Grand Floridian restaurants mentioned, so I'll toss another out there. My wife and I found Kona quite romantic and liked the atmosphere since it is open to the rest of the Poly

I've always held the view that romance is what you make of it. If you go to the Plaza Restuarant at the end of Main Street at an "off" hour and can snag an outdoor table up against the fence overlooking the castle and the water (where the swan boats once held court), that can be a very romantic setting. Romantic food? Not so much. But the setting can be pretty romantic if you let it.

Sorry didn't catch that.....:lmao: Skimmed right over it. Well I guess I was of no help then.

So if MK is the place you want/need to be I would head right for Tony's. What could be more romantic than Lady and the Tramp theme???
