Is there still hope that Oct crowds will be lite?

I don't know what things will be like this year, but I can tell you that we were at WDW on Oct 16-21 last year, and the crowds weren't that bad. We did MNSSHP, which was a lot of fun, and not terribly crowded. We were at EPCOT for the first day of the Food & Wine Festival, which was pretty crowded, but it was a Saturday, which may have contributed to the crowding.

The problem is there was no Fairy Tale Package last year...I don't think anyone can say WHAT it will be like...all I know is that for my dates: 10/9-10/13...every WDW resort is fully booked except for All Star Music. I am just praying that the off-site resorts will NOT be very full. And it doesn't really matter to me - we're mostly going to be enjoying AKL.

I think we just have to hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. I hope that off site is slow, so the parks won't be crazy, but who knows? The alternative is me sitting at home. I;d rather be in the world.
