Is there Starbucks in California/DisneyLand?

You know, it's a marriage made in Heaven....Disney + Starbucks...

the worst one was the bakery in the train car right off the square in CA. I'm not really a plain coffee person but for the few days I'm there...I just have to make do.

I went to the train car and I agree. I love coffee in the morning and I really wasnt all that impressed. Thats why I think its best if you bring your favorite coffee with you on your trip so you can make some in the hotel before you leave in the mornings.

Same as the tea. If you have a favorite brand, then bring it. Drinks are expensive so if you bring your fav drinks with you it makes you miss it less and your spending less.

Speaking of good coffee do yo have Trader Joes in Calif??? They have awesome coffee from around the world alot of it organic. You have to make it yourself but cheaper than buying coffee from Starbucks and the coffee is much better. I think Starbucks changed something the coffee always tastes burnt.

You have to keep the cup and show your receipt. Sorry, I should have said that earlier. Our ART driver gave us this tip on our last trip. I think that's a pretty cool little known secret. I didn't think there was anything free at Disneyland.

Thanks! We haven't been to DL in a while and I couldn't remember. We'll keep the cup and receipt.

I couldn't agree more. :thumbsup2 To take it one step further, if you've got room in your luggage :rotfl: consider bringing your own coffeemaker and bottled water too.

On our first trip, we only brought coffee and filters (which I had to cut down to fit the pot in the room). Big mistake. Anaheim water must taste different, plus those hotel coffeemakers are so calcified; they're probably never cleaned. Thereafter (since we drive there anyway and have the room) we bring bottled water or fill a gallon jug with water from home, coffee, filters, and our own coffeemaker. Coffee tastes just like at home. ;)

I thought this might help...I knew there was a few in the general area, if you have a car. It's kinda sad but I can't exist without my daily dose, so I researched it in advance (my family thinks I'm nuts). Here goes....

Yes! There're Trader Joe's in CA. I actually make it a point to go to San Diego and pick up some organic Kona coffee beans for my DH, who loves the stuff. I don't know if there're any Trader Joe locations in the Anaheim area but have definitely been to the locations in San Diego.

The closest Trader Joe's looks to be in Orange, at the Mall of Orange. Not sure how to get there, but I'm certain someone on here will know.

If you're not looking for anything fancy (personal Starbucks favorite: venti white mocha), but just regular coffee, McDonald's coffee was chosen best by Consumer Reports. Yes, even better than Starbucks.:confused3

On our last 3 trips to DL, we've stayed at the Residence Inn on Harbor and Chapman. I think it's the Hyatt right next door that has a Starbucks.

Actually the closest and most convenient might be the drive thru Starbucks at Euclid and Chapman in Garden Grove. From the DLR area drive south to Chapman then west to Euclid - it will be on the northeast corner (on your right). And did I mention it's a drive thru? It has a seating area too, but limited parking.

I think that Trader Joes originated in California. I don't know about Anaheim specifically, but when we lived in LA they were all over the place. Likewise when we lived in the SF Bay Area.

It's at Tustin and Meats (sic) in Orange. From the DLR area go east on Katella about 4 miles till you get to Tustin, then turn left. It's about a mile north at Meats, on the northwest corner.
