It seems that there are a lot of closure at each park.

Is there somewhere that list all the parks closures?

Download the my Disney experience app for your phone or maybe it's called the Disney app. It tells you wait times, what's not working, character times etc. and you can make din ng reservations right on it among other things. Link your resort reservations and you have a one stop place for everything.

Not one that can be trusted that far in advance.

Disney does not have a trustworthy system for announcing refurbs in advance,
so what you see posted farther than a couple of months in advance may or may not be the true situation.

There have been times when Disney has not made a formal announcement of a refurb
until the actual closing date.
Conversely, early-announced refurbs have been summarily dropped.
