Is there something BIG going on the end of January?

We made ressies for Swan and Dolphin was booked, Swan is 90% booked so only got teacher's discount for first two nights of 5 night stay. Also trying to book Contemp. garden wing and it is full!! Our dates are Jan. 21-26 -- what the heck is going on then? Our friends couldn't get Beach Club had to take Yacht Club.

A huge convention called Lotusphere will be at the Dolphin Jan. 23-27. This will bring a few thousand people to the world. I will be there at that time too, not for the convention!!

I've been told that this should not affect the park attendance with the exception of the restaurants around world Showcase and the Epcot area.
