Is there someone at the Resorts I can talk to...

I am going to be staying at the POFQ in a few weeks and was wondering if there was someone at the resort that I could talk to about booking my next trip in November. I was hoping to be able to sit down and set it all up with someone right there. I have seen the DVC desks at the hotels, but do they have a trip planning person on staff at each resort?

I think I got this idea because when you are on a cruise ship, you can sit down and plan your next cruise right there -- not that I have ever done that because it usually takes me a few months to pay off the cruise after we've gone... those umbrella drinks are pricey!

I don't think there's anybody you sit down and talk to at the resort - all the booking is done through CRO. I don't see any reason you couldn't do it from your resort room phone, though.
