Is there room service at Saratoga Springs

I was there last year, and I would have loved to have had it; because I got deathly ill for a few days.

I think DVC's don't have room service, because most people have access to kitchens or kitchenettes and don't need room service?

I ask because I, too, once got ill while staying at WDW and room service was a god-send. (I stayed at AKL Villas Jambo house)

* It's weird because room service is listed on the opening page of the resort site, but if you compare it to other DVC resorts, it's NOT listed in the amenities section. I HATE THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!

No room service at SSR or OKW. Now the other DVC's at AKV, BCV, VWL, and BLT do because they are attached to deluxe level hotels. I want to say BWV has room service too which is amazing because that hotel has no restaurant, so no idea where it comes from! But I saw the trays in the hallways so they must have it.

Being that all SSR units have some sort of kitchen, you can buy a few essentials at the resort grocery store and I do believe those can be delivered to your room (and ordered ahead of time).

That little store has quite a bit in it, its prices are about comparable with a convenience store.

What website are you referring to? That is beyond dumb if Disney puts that on there since that resort has never had room service.

think it is more pizza delivery like OKW - looks like thru allearsnet that even that is gone.

the new pool area they are building will have a snack bar in it.

their restuarant is really good.

Right there on the right hand side....it lists room service
But as I said, if you do a side by side comparison with other DVC's such as AKL it's NOT listed in the amenities. Nor is it listed on it's own amenities page.
