Is there really?

Yes, after you ride Wild Arctic you exit into a themed area were you'll see polar bears,beluga whales and walruses.You can ride the Wild Arctic simulator with the cabin movement or without.
 
If you don't want to ride the motion simulator, you can just go the other route and watch the video without movement. You may even be able to by pass that, but the polar bear exhibit is there and that artic building was one of my favorite places in SW.

The walruses were incredible. Just for your info, we didn't know this until later, you can view them from above and below. It was so neat below, just go down the ramp.
 

This is a great attraction. I didn't do the motion simulator but the stationary video was cool and it was so fun to see the polar bears up close. You can view them from below as well but you might not see much. When we were there, none of them were in the water.
