Is there really 31 flavors?

Does it stop at 31?

We went to one that was connected to a Dunkin Donuts and they only had 12!

Growing up, I remember they would always have 31 flavors.

They really had more than that, but would only feature 31 flavors at a time, but then switch some out.

I'm not sure - when I tried to count them, I ran out of fingers and toes by 21.
