Is there outdoor Dining @ Artist's Point?

I'm super confused as to if you can eat outdoors when dining @ Artist's point. So far, I've gotten both answers! I read some dining reviews w/ people saying they have eaten outdoors... but I posed this question on an other disney related board & was told "absolutely not" there is NO outdoor dining @ Artist' point.
So which answer is correct, I trust the disboards follks most of all!

We've eaten there many times never saw any outdoor dining.

We eat there several times a year and have been seated all over this restaurant. There are some really big windows where you can see outside, but no place for outside tables.

I think it might only be used during daylight hours, that's why many people don't notice it?

The outdoor seating is on the end that faces the lake. We once sat a table inside and I saw those tables outside (not in use that day since it was rather cold) and wished we could sit out there.
