Is there hot water at the drink station at POP?

Hey everybody...I was looking for an answer from someone who has stayed at POP. DMIL has a special oatmeal that she has to eat every morning for breakfast and she was wondering if so that she could eat it while we are having breakfast there was hot water. IT seems like at the moderate resorts there was hot water for tea and things like that...does anyone know if thats true for POP? Thanks for the help Disers.
