Is there difference between these two tickets?

The 2-Day Universal Park-to-Park Ticket - plus extra day free and the 3-Day Universal Park-to-Park Ticket. There MUST be a difference! And don't say "price"! Or why do they offer both?!!

Yes there is. If you look at the fine print, the two day plus one free is not good during the Christmas week.

If you click on *details* it says, "Blockout dates apply December 26, 2014 through January 3, 2015."

I wondered that too but just thought that the extra day free on the two day was only available for a limited time

Yup..its a promotion they are running but it has a blackout period

I checked this earlier and the tickets also must be used by June 20th. So no buying them now for the Summer.

Thank y'all very much! I KNEW there had to be a "catch". However, we are planning a trip in May, so it may be feasible. However, if something comes up and we have to go later, that wouldn't be good.

From what was said previously, don't buy the 2 day +1 free park to park ticket. It doesn't work at Christmas.

Not sure if the Undercover Tourist tickets are the same. I would contact them to check.

We have the UT 2+1 tickets and they don't have any blackout dates listed. In fact, though we paid the 2-day price to UT, they say 3-day pass on them.

I just looked at mine and they also say 3 day park to park and I bought them from UT a month or so ago, when they had the buy 2+1, no blackout dates listed anywhere.....

I'll also chime in. I bought our 2 day + 1 park to park tickets from Undercover Tourist about 4 weeks ago. There was no fine print when I purchased them, and I've searched the tickets and there is no blackout dates.

And there better not be as we are going to be there from December 25th - 27th.

Also purchased the 2 days + 1 free from Undercover Tourist. Paid for 2 days and the tix we received say 3 days on them. I agree that ours do not have any blackout dates, and I also don't see or recall seeing a "use by" date either. We purchased ours back in the Spring and aren't using them for another two weeks.
