Yes disney transport buses run to mk,ak, and dtd the dtd bus will stop at all the epcot resorts.

You can take a taxi but it coast you around 20 plus tip but there no other way if you then the bus. I would suggest to take bus it free and it get you there safe and fast. If your worried about the bus being crowed then mybe you could take the bus there and if you see the bus are crowed then take a taxi back.
