Is there anywhere to park a car for a week?

Never found anything close for that length of time besides the airports or the hotel you are staying at.

We live about 90 minutes from the Denver airport and for our recent trip to WDW, we had a really early morning flight.

As a result we found this thing called the Park and Fly, that was offered by the Homewood Suites near the airport. We wound up booking that for $10 (Total) and parked our car in a nice well lit spot for 10 days, easily saved us $100 over the airport parking and wound up taking the free hotel shuttle both ways.

Awesome additional side note and reason for picking Homewoods was the free managers reception dinner and free breakfast the next day!

We can't at our hotel..we have a two room suite but it's only allowed one parking spot (just like all the other rooms). We're still trying to see if we can make a trip happen by not renting a minivan and driving our separate cars, but the hotel only allows one spot per room.

Have you called them to ask and explain? Even if they charge you for parking, depending on where you stay, that rate might be better than anywhere else, and as the others have mentioned, no good alternatives really come to mind.

I would call the hotel and ask. Some hotels have very limited parking and some have plenty. Often those with plenty will charge an extra parking fee if you have an extra vehicle.

Yep. They don't budge on it. Even when you point out there are going to be two families staying there. In fact, they were sorta rude about it!!

You are probably talking about Desert Inn? They told us that for the 10 person suite we could pay for a 2nd spot IF they had room. I got this via email from the manager.

Find another hotel!
If they were rude to you, why do you want to give them a week's worth of your hard earned money? There is enough lodging surrounding DL that you can find a place that will treat you right.

Last year, DI&S told me the same thing. They also told me that if they didn't have a spot available (and I wouldn't count on it there) that they had an agreement with another hotel nearby so that you could park there for $15/night. We ended up with somebody flying and shuttling in instead of driving, so we didn't have to actually deal with it.

That disturbs me because I'm already paying THEM for parking.
