i Had and pretty much still have OJD, but i balance it out with other bands Ex. the ones mentioned above :]
but i never let it get in the way of school and stuff.
and it probably is something else that's causing the drop in grades.

(imabrat) Ok first of all im not crazy and i dont need mental help because it's not that bad of an obsession and i have met girls that are far worse than me
and (I am what i am) what you are saying is true because i have some family issues right now but i never think of that and its not really affecting me badly its really the obsession.......

Just because you need mental help doesn't mean you're crazy.
I get mental help, because of things that have happened to me when I was younger. I'm definatly not crazy I just need help sometimes, because I'm not sure if I'd even be able to cope with my life right now. It drives me crazy when people say that all people who go to see a counsler are crazy...that's a misconception. :/

Okay, first of all I never called you crazy. Mental help is when you see a professional, IE a doctor. People who go to doctors aren't always crazy. Number 2, you said your obsession was affecting your school grades. That is not healthy.

Maybe you should get your facts straight before you start yelling at me. BTW, people with obsessions always thing "it's not that bad".

If it's affecting your school grades, then yes, it really is that bad.

If everyone in the world decided they didn't need mental help (which is the care of a doctor), there would be no pyschologists or mental institutions. You're not mental, but you need help in that area. When something (Jonas Brothers) interferes with your daily activites (School), it's time to see a professional.

I do though want to make some friends on this site because i see like all of you talking and you guys are like all friends like you've known each other for a long time. I have been on this sight since like April and i dont have a single friend.
