I would like to go and check it out, but I dont want to waste my time.
My husband is intersted but feels the same.
We wont be doing any car racing or anything, but is there anything interesting to see or do that would be worth our time?
We will be in the World the end of this week.
Thanks guys. :flower:

I think its primarily a venue for outside sporting events/tournaments. Its where the Tampa Bucs hold preseason camp, and the Braves their spring training.

We went there to have dinner at the All Star Sports cafe, but other than a gift shop I don't remember seeing anything else to 'tour' or visit.

Thanks for your reply.
I guess we will be skipping it. There are no sporting events going on there this time of year I dont belive.

During cooler weather it is fun to play on some of the fields. They will occasionally have equipment (basketballs, footballs, lawn darts...) out for people to use. However, if you aren't doing anything else then it probably isn't worth the admission. They do have an NFL experience area there, usually during the summer, that is also fun to go to.

Unless there is an event going on that you are interested in, there really isn't anything to do there.

I think the Bucs and Braves (and more?) use it for spring/summer training. We were going to go once, but you can't really plan ahead. The "expected" training schedule isn't published much ahead of time.
