I'm a little late to this one, but I had to chime in.
Wishes - I have not seen it in person. I only saw it on the DIS. I hated the music, and did not get a great view of the fireworks. I also hated the old Fantasy in the Sky. Why? That's simple. "Believe...There's Magic In The Stars" is 100 times better on any day. The music is awesome, and the Mickey Mouse fireworks give you goosebumps.
Fantasmic! - Again, Disneyland's is far better. The whole theater thing just doesn't work for me. I do like the dancing bubbles segment. But they over use the video, and the Peter Pan segment is sorely missed.
Illuminations - Without a doubt, this is the best show in any Disney theme park (Disneyland included). I usually see this show 3 or 4 times on each trip. The music is incredible! The video globe is amazing. It's just a great, great show. I highly recommend this one.
As for "Spectromagic". This is also very good and a welcome relief from the MSEP, or as it's know now, "Disney's Electrical Parade". I love the electrical parade, but have seen it hundreds of time, that's why I prefer Spectromagic today.
