Is there any way to preorder ear hats?

If we wanted some with names embroidered, is there a way to preorder and pick up, preferably at downtown disney as to not waste park time (plus we are going to Animal Kingdom as our first park, DD on arrival day though).

The embroidery doesn't take more than a few minutes, not sure there's any need to preorder them (even if it was possible).

World of Disney in DTD will have a large variety of ear hats.

You can get ears delivered to your room. Not so about them being embroidered but I assume they will do that for you. Might cost more than you want to pay but I don't know.

Wonderful World of Memories at DTD also does the stitching on the Ears. It is between The Art of Disney and Design-A-Tee. It might be less busy than World of Disney, but I do not know if the selection is the same.

I love The Art of Disney so I usually walk through Wonderful World of Memories and I remember seeing these.

Another option is Memories by Betsy. She can have them done for you and delivered to your Disney hotel. We always have "Mickey" send DD a gift basket to be waiting for our arrival. She loves it. And Betsy does a great job!

The Disney Florist does embroidery and will deliver the ears to your hotel. However, there is a delivery charge and they only feature a number of the available ears.

There's also Mail Order although the hats won't be embroidered:
email address is merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. The phone number is 877-560-6477. This service allows guests to order specific items that are available in the parks via mail order.
