Hi, Is there any way to check how many days are left on a pass? I bought 5 day hoppers a few years ago and I cannot remember if I have any days left on them. I know you can check them at the parks but is there any way to check them at home?? Thank you!! ºoº Marie ºoº

No, sorry. Their is no way to check for un-used days on a pass unless you go to the resort.

You have to physically had the hopper to some one in guest relation at either the guest relations at the parks or at DTD, so that they can scan it into the computer and then they can tell you how many days you have.

Yeah, that's kindof a bummer that you can't tell how many days are left on a ticket without going inside one of the parks to have it checked out. I remember my first Disney ticket and they actually stamped the dates of your visit on the ticket. That was real nice 'cause it took away any guess work. Oh well, times have changed. :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

I thought you could only check days left on a ticket ONLY at a park, not at a resort. I know for sure you can't do it at a Disney store.

Am I wrong?

We definately CAN NOT check them for you at the Disney Store. I was under the impression that you had to go to a park GS window to have them read.

Guest Services is, in one park and I think its EPCOT, a window to the right before you enter the park. You don't need to use a park admission to check that out. If you are onsite, you can drive there without paying, perhaps the day you arrive. If you go later and explain what you are doing, you might not have to anyway. This is how we work getting the Guest Assistance Pass for our autistic son. Sort of like a preview to the next day.

If you are staying onsite, check at your resort. I know my sister had her old park hoppers checked at the guest relations at her resort last year. And each park has a guest service window outside the park, usually just to the right or left of the entrance.

:( Not true. If your ticket has a magnetic strip on the back it is good at all four theme parks and has been since January 1999.

The Contemporary guest relations told us they couldn't check
passes anymore-that was December 2003. We got ours
checked at Dwntwn Disney guest relations kiosk. They would
only check 5 hoppers for me. We had 7, all from past visits
where sickness took a day from us. I had to come back later
in the day when the shift changed to get the others checked.
I thought this petty but I didn't argue as the man I was talking
to just wasn't feelin' the magic that day. He practically accused
me of not being the original owner of the passes. Don't they
know about the DIS and how many times we all visit WDW?

I was there this past Feb 04, and I went to the GR office there at the Marketplace at DTD, to check my plus' I had left on a ticket.

There was a woman in front of me who had a pass that she had checked at her resort hotel, were they were told they still had 4 days on the hopper. The CM there got it wrong, they went to one of the parks and they could not get in. Luckly they had the pass that they had bought for the trip origanly so they got to spend the day in the park.

So, when they came to DTD the following day, they had the hopper checked again, at guest relation. Where they were told that the ticket did not have any other days on it. They told them that the CM at there hotel had told them that it did. She told them that to make 100% sure that you are told the right info on the remaining days on a hopper, you have to go to a guest realtions area, were the CMs are wearing the guest realtions uniforms.

I had 4 passes left over from 1998, i was only able to locate two of them, but all 4 were purchased together. i called the regular # and was transfered quit a bit. At first i was told that i had to have them checked at disney. I explained that i would really like to know now so i could plan accordingly.
Craig in ticketing was so helpful!!!!!! I gave him the #s on the 2 I have and he looked up the rest gave me the #s and told me I had 2 days left on each. he said just head over to guest relations when I arrive, show them my 2 passes and give them the other 2 #s. he said just tell em Craig in ticketing helped you as if hes done it many times b4. now I dont have 2 worry.
So my advice is just be persistent, if you have the #s they can look it up, just ask for the ticketing dept and not the regular #s they really cant help you.

Your situation is quite different from the OP's. You lost two tickets so the CM helped you track the lost ones down. They will not merely check unused days for people calling to ask. They used to do it but no more.

True, but it cant hurt to try. Afterall, I really wasn't quit sure how many days were left and he did look it up and tell me. I think like everything else, it depends on who you get on the phone.

On our last trip to WDW, we were able to check the # of days remaining on our park hoppers at our on-site resort without any problems. Hope this helps.
