Is there any relief for high cell phone bill?

I found out quick with teens you can get away with less minutes and unlimited texting. They rarely TALK on the phone. But they text all day long.

Agreed- with a teen unlimited texting is worth $10 a month. It's just too difficult to keep count and incoming texts count. My DD13 averages 2000 texts a month but rarely uses more than 10 minutes of talk time. Many months her talk time will be zero.

I couldn't keep it to only 250 texts either.
