I am specifically looking for a simple tool online that would give me an idea of the differences between the DSM IV diagnoses for children...

I am specifically looking at ODD vs Aspergers...

Nothing good on line, but have your clinician get you a WPS SRS evaluation. Since ODD is a common comorbid manefestation for kids who are ASD it is not an either or qestion, but rather a question of what is the primary diagnosis (Aspergers is always considered primary over ODD if it exists).

lack or reduced#4 is often the only one that is a good one to try to differentiate for ASD, but if ASD has gone for a long time undiagnosed or unsupported even that one becomes common.
