I'm definitely in the group that finds Luka hot. Rocker doc (who makes such a great impression that we don't remember his name -- is it Ray?) is not even remotely in the same league.

I think ER is getting a little bit better. The first couple episodes this season were really weak.

My DH hates Abby, but I kind of like her and I've always liked her with Luka.

Just wanted to subscribe to the "official ER thread" . Whats happened to Dr. Weaver? Is she being written out of the show for good or are they just not factoring her in right now?

Beyond that, since Kerry Weaver is now chief of staff, she doesn't have much context to be in the ER that often.

I don't know about anyone else, but having worked in a hospital for almost 20 years, I have never know so many people to sleep around with each other! A couple here and there, but nothing like on ER. I used to love ER but I feel like it's becoming a soap opera!

I think that Luka is hot but Ray, or the "rocker doc", is also really hot. Maybe it's because I loved him in A Walk to Remember.

I thought Thursday's episode was good. The wedding was really sweet and I especially liked the very end . And what about the mom with HIV? I was so angry with her.

I wish they would have had a longer wedding ceremony actually showing Neela and what's his name say their vows. Just walk up to aisle, cut to commerical and they're married.

ITA!! I was really excited for the wedding, and it was such a let down...


I hasve an ER question for ya: when did Halee (sp?) the nurse who was fired come back? She was on last week's episode, and I'm wondering how that happened?

Sam called her back in during the plane crash. Clearly the intention was to use that as an excuse to bring her back permanently. Firing Haleh was a bit of a weak plot point, in the first place, AFAIC. The sooner they get rid of Kristen Johnson the better, IMHO.

Yep, Carrie mentioned in passing that she took a tenure (I think) position in Iowa City. University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics is there. Has a history of being a very good hospital.

Next week's episode will have a little girl in it who has been shot. We met her in California right after she finished filming the show. Her real name is Kennedy and she is so cute. Her biggest concern was that they cut the dress she was wearing during the scene.

Abby's only other offer (we know about) recently was from Duchenko. She was too casual about how she built up to it with Luca for that to be the case. I believe what she said was, "Things are going so well and I don't know how you're react to this, but..." I doubt she'd have said that if it weren't his.
