Is there an app? Gift organization

I have started my Xmas shopping and need to keep things organized. I'd like an app that keeps track of the gifts I've bought, specifically I want to be able to store a photo of the gift. In the past, I've made paper lists. Having a photo would be very helpful though, especially with clothing.

I don't want to keep photos of gifts on my phone for the kids to find and there are password protected gift apps, but I didn't see one with the photo option.

I would like an app for either my iPhone or my iPad.
Anyone have a gift app? Opinions?

Don't have a gfit app but I use the notes function(?) to keep track of everything from gifts to appts to passwords for my computer. It has taken the place of my day timer.
