is there an all-encompassing list of attractions?

I am looking for an all-encompassing list of attractions, shows, meet n greets, street performers, etc for the parks.

While I know the information is available on many websites, I was looking for something in list form, maybe even Excel, so I could check off what we've already done. This is going to be our 5th trip and I want to incorporate some new experiences!

I tried copy/paste from the Disney site, but it took me 15 minutes just to clean up the list of rides from MK. (pictures, extra info I didn't need, etc)

What about the personalized maps on the disney site? You could check all the things you either have or haven't done. And then print it out.
