Is there an 800 number to call for the dining plan?

The only number I know of is the normal reservation number 407-WDISNEY. You can probably call the dining number 407-WDW-DINE. Did you have questions? You can look on www.waltdisneyworld.com or www.allearsnet.com to find info on the dining plan. I know everytime you use it you will get a receipt with your remaining balance on it!

I don't know if this will get you something different than the number lustergirl gave you, but the number I've been calling for all my ADRs and changes (not that I've called dozen times to make stupid changes ) is 1-800-828-0228. Maybe one is for WDW in general, and one gets you to the dining department. Have fun with your ADRs!

outside the US call 1-800-828-0288 - you have to go through a few spiels but eventually you will get to press 3 to transfer to dining!
