yes. The store over at the boardwalk sells beer and wine. You can also pick up some wine and even sake in Epcot in world showcase.

Have read on here that you can also get beer at the Hess station across the street from the BW. Some have said that it is a little cheaper there.

A bottle of beer is $5, and a six pack is $30. Take a trip across Epcot drive to the Hess station and pick up a six pack for under $7. There is also a Hess station across from the Pleasure Island stop at DTD.

My DH buys a bottle of beer each night as we return to our resort in the resort gift shop....this is how he winds down from a long day of fun. I will have to tell him about the Hess station suggestion, the money he spends on one bottles of beer really adds up.

Garden Grocer will deliver groceries and beer to your room. Not sure about wine. We always drive, so a stop at the Publix near UF always fills our needs.
