I just use plain heavy whipping cream! 0 carbs, and it's so good!
Another option is plain 1/2 & 1/2. You'll get about 1/2-1 carb with it, so it's still pretty low and it has less fat (if you care about that) than heavy whipping cream.
I don't drink coffee, but I was at the grocery store yesterday and I remember seeing a zero carb creamer in the refrigerated section. GO check it out, I wish I could remember the name, but I can't
One thing you have to watch for in creamers, is that they're REAL. Non-dairy creamers are all hydrogenated corn oil (YUCK!) - meaning they're transfats and not good for you at all!
