If I wanted the information on a particular on-line photo I liked, I used to right click on properties and the camera and settings would show there.

Is it possible to view these anymore?

If EXIF information is present in the file, you should be able to view it with any software that shows EXIF data. The browser Opera has the capability built in. There are plug ins for other browsers.

Not all photos have embedded EXIF data. Some photo hosting sites strip it out. Others leave it in the original photo, but don't include it if you view the photo at anything other than it's original size.

As Mark indicated, it all depends on how the photos are shared.

If I see a photo I like, the first thing I do is right-click and get properties. If I see the picture is on Smugmug or another site that easily shows EXIF data, I'll follow the path where the file lives and look there.

Otherwise, I'll save the file to my machine, then right click and get properties. On the properties page, go to the Summary tab, then click the Advanced button in the lower right hand corner. If the EXIF data has not been stripped, you will see all the camera data there.
