without typing in each ADR conf number? Because I can't print from my laptop I did screen captures of all my conf pages. Of course, I've gone in and changed some things and I'm just all confused as to what I ahve anymore. Is there any easy way to do this? if I called the DINE number would they be able to look anything up based on my hotel ressie number?

No, the system is not that advanced. (go figure) You would have to type them in one at a time and bring them all up on the screen. You can do multiple reservation numbers, but you still have to type them all in.

If you phone Disney, they can look all of them up based upon your phone number.

UGH!!! What are we paying for exactly?:rolleyes1 I'd expect them to be far more efficient.

THANK YOU! I've having NO luck online. It keeps coming up w/ nothing so I'm going to call. THANK YOU!!!

Okay, I'm getting to the bottom of this but WARNING!!! The system is SCREWY!!!! The CM even sounded so defeated. The reservations are coming up under all different phone numbers. For some, it reserved under my home phone, some under a 3 year old phone number (not current) and another few are coming up under my cell number!. Holy BUCKETS!!!!! Where did the system start pulling all this stuff from? I typed in ONE number and it's going crazy!

I'm going to get all my stuff together and call the DINE number back to see what the scoop was.

And that is why the system isn't showing all the ADRs on one page.
The same thing happened to me. At first I thought I was going bonkers :scared1: but NOOOOO, at various times I must have given different phone numbers. You know the rest

Isn't it amazing? I can understand my home number, I can even understand my cell number in case it was pulling a number I'd be reachable at while AT WDW, but an OLD number? Utterly bizarre! When I called the dine number, the CM actually cut me off before I could explain my problem. I think they are overloaded with similar calls thinking their ressies weren't made or missing. I was in no way panicked but I guess lots of people were.

So I managed to find all of them but one had been cancelled for some who-knows reason, So I was able to make a new one thankfully. I'm glad Kona Cafe's dinner is a great little secret. :rolleyes1 Not hard to get in. I'm glad it wasn't my Chef Mickey's ADR! :scared1:

So much for the printout they will give me upone check-in of my ADRs. they'll have about 1 of them on there. :headache: Oh well. I'm bringing my laptop. Just in case. EVERYTHING is on here.

I hope they fix this. Holy cow! What a MESS!

Similar thing happened to me last week... the system was actually pulling a phone number I had from a totally different state I lived in over 10 years ago!! Insane!!!!!
And also like you all my ADRs came up under 3 different phone #'s.... (home, cell and old number). No idea how this happened when I made 80% of them on the same call! Sooooo frustrating... I just wish I could have all of them listed on one page!!

I have to wonder, tongue in cheek and sorta not, how much Disney has on file on each of us if they have your number from 10 eyars ago! :scared1: if they can have a syetem THAT big, can't they pop for a more sophisicated ADR system? ;)

I hope everything worked out for you!

I am wondering whether or not to just pick up the phone and do it at 180 days or try the online way.
I can see me getting :mad::mad: at the computer.

I made almost all of my ADR's online for my trip and when I asked at the check in desk they couldn't find any of them-only the ones I called in. They could confirm all of them by typing in each confirmation # but I wanted to check that we weren't booked for a restaurant that we weren't going to. There wasn't a way for the CM to find out.

Good luck,
I called and they said that I had 3 Aloha dinner (all for 5 people same night) scheduled, computer error, but that had I not called to review my reservations, I would have gotten charged no shows for the extra two:scared1:

I think they would have heard some pretty loud arguing if they tried that! ALL of the CMs on the phone know about this issue. I'm sure the CMs at the resorts do too. How the heck do they expect us to check for ressies we don't know about? That cannot be even remotely enforceable. You can't look for something you aren't aware of. :confused3 Ridiculous!
Is that dinner one of the credit card secured ones?

I was really surprised by the limitations of this system, but it is better than nothing.

that being said...
I can understand not allowing you to enter a phone number and see all reservations.
But I cannot understand not being able to see all my reservations when I am logged in and I booked them when I was logged in to my account.

For one thing it would make it a lot easier for me to cancel ones I decide I do not want.
If I were lazy I might not even bother.

I guess this is what happens when you outsource development to the lowest bidder overseas ;) - just my assumption.

It would also be nice to be able to enter a start and end date to find and book an ADR.
Maybe limit it to a week or two just so people do not try to enter some ridiculous date range.
Instead I have to look at each day one at a time to find a reservation.

I am also amazed at how poorly done the F&W registration site was.
Even worse the employees at the F&W had to use the same interface.

On the confirmation page it just says wine seminar and the time.
How about showing the name of the seminar so you do not book the wrong one by mistake.

You would think Disney could put together something more user friendly and intuitive.

It did take a credit card, but only sent me one e-mail and one confirmation. 3 reservations with no notification! I could not believe she said that I would have been charged for all 3!

That's BAD. I'd betcha, feet to the fire, manager brought it, it would have been forgiven. BUT you ahve to wonder, how many people possibly HAVE been charged and never knew it!

I'm just piping in to agree. I made some ADRs online the other day and was very happy to not have to do this on the phone.
I didn't write down each confirmation number as they came up, since I *assumed* that I would be able to pull it up with the log in and password, plus I could put in the phone number. NOPE. Needed the confirmation number. Well, that's what I logged in for today to find, and to verify my dates and times!

So, I had to call the WDW dining line, go through the voice prompts (which I hate, personally), talk to a person, and she had to search by the phone number. So now I have them all written down, the old-fashioned way.

My opinion is that it is a convenience for the making of the reservations, but not for "storing" or retrieving the info.

So write it all down when you make your ADR!

I gotta agree that a complete listing of ADRs under a certain phone number for one trip would be a big help. How complex can that be?:confused3
