Is there a way to find out how much the character buffets cost before arrival?

We have 6 table service ADR's for our four night stay and are on the DDP. I will come out of pocket for two of the meals, but trying to make the best choice as to which is cheaper.

To make this decision, I would need to know how much the buffet's (Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall) cost. Each of them are listed as $36 - $59.99 per person. Will they all be the same price when we go (March 3-7)? How do I found out what is will cost during that time?

The range on the Disney site is confusing> What it lists is the cheapest meal for a child (breakfast if they serve it) through the most expensive meal (dinner) for an adult.
Breakfast is usually cheaper
