Is there a waiting list if a Resort you want to stay at is sold out?

Have you tried looking online at the Disneyworld site? I was trying to see if I could extend our trip in December and they had rooms available on the Atrium floor from Dec. 21 to December 31st. I didn't play around with any other dates and I don't know what your dates are. It may be worth a try. Hope you get it. When I talked to Spencer, he seemed surprised and said to just keep trying.
