Wish I had one like it -- sadly, my DW doesn't even remember the evening we met (though I do). At least it gives me something to rib her about.

I chose Belle because Beauty and the Beast is my all time favorite Movie.
It is really the story of my DH and I.

And it is 100% true. Absolutely did not like him the first time I saw him. But I felt sorry for him. I guess that is my beel heart. What even makes it more interesting is that I worked with his Ex-wife in the very same office. But she encouraged him to ask me out. Little did I know that the man I avoided would turn out to be my prince charming.Of course we honeymooned at WDW and he knew I loved everything Disney. So for my 40th birthday last year he planned all by himself a 3 day trip to WDW so I could celebrate it with all my childhood friends. He say for your birthday your will know at least 100 of the guests by name but they might not know your name. I great is that.

Yeah, well my DIS name is what I have been on the internet for years because I am a Disney freak, and I graduated high school on '92. When I signed onto VMK, I didn't know that you could use your Disney online sign-on, (which is Disneyfreak92), so it was taken. So I had to come up with something else. So I like the princesses, and my name is Lynda - not very exciting. I also managed to put down that I was born in 2005 for my b-day on VMK, so I got an email requesting my permission to let myself have access to something. When I responded to the email explaining the situation, I was told that they couldn't change the b-day I put down during registration, so I would have to create a new account. Well, I don't think I am missing out on anything, so I haven't changed it, so I may be the youngest VMK player out there at about 8 months old.

Malia is after my older Sister who died as a baby years before I came along. Mike is after my Brother who died as an adult. My real life kids are also named after family. I have no imagination. lol. Actually in real life I wanted to honor their memory. I won't have any more children, so VMK is my honorary child I guess.

Well I have no creativity at all for my VMK name. I wanted to be disneydiva but I figured that VMK would not approve of the diva part. So I went really simply. I wanted just WDW for Walt Disney World, for my favourite place in the world, but I figured that was too short. So I just added an R for rules. (well it might have taken it but I was having a devil of a time registering..seems I couldn't follow instructions and was hitting enter instead of going to the next field. my excuse is I must not have had enough caffiene at the tim)

I use it everywhere. It's short, it's simple and most people can guess everything but the R.

BTW, I really enjoyed this thread. There are tons of people I have seen or met and didn't realize they were Dis'ers.

And I always wondered how Bezoar came about...and now I know.

I have been using "SeaSpray" on the internet for 10+ years now.

I *tried* to use it on VMK but apparently the words "Spray" and "Pray" (as in Seaspray) are not acceptible

After trying three different forms of that name, I finally gave up and out of frustration used "Cape" because I knew the word was acceptable because DH was already "capecad" on VMK, and I used "Girl" because... I am a girl. Well a woman, but close enough.

I still want SeaSpray on VMK! Who do I have to bribe in credits and magic spells to get it??

P.S. DH isn't really a "cad" it has to do with CAD meaning Computer Aided Design. DH never uses capital letters when he should. lol

The town I was born in begins with Wolf, our local sports team were called Wolves.

I have a tattoo of a Wolf and have always identified with their misunderstood nature (don't read too deeply into that )

There are such wonderful stories on this thread-- and so illuminating.

As most people guess who meet me, my VMK name comes from the movie Casablanca (1942). In the film, Rick's Cafe Americain was the place to be and the play upon which the movie is based was called "Everybody Comes to Rick's." Casablanca was the first "favorite film" of my short life-- largely due to Humphrey Bogart who remains the coolest actor who ever lived.

If I had a choice in the matter, I might have named myself Rick, but it is not my real name. Thus, my preferred VMK nickname is Ricks (since everybody likes Ricks-- see above), but who am I to be particular.

PeachyT comes from a variation on my Toontown name... My Toontown name is Princess Peaches Petaltoes, so when I went to sign on to VMK, I didn't know what name to do and thought Princess Peaches Petaltoes was too long so I decided to go with Peachy and then added the T which is for my first name.
