Is there a place where PJs/TRs are archived?

I remember reading a PJ/TR a long time ago about a military bride who had an escape elopement (so she and DF could deploy together) and Wishes Wedding (post-deployment), but now I can't find it. I want to says he was married in the 07-09 timeframe. Is there an archive anywhere of old PJs?
