Is there a place to park your scooter?

So - if my husband, who broke his foot three weeks ago and has just been given the all clear to put some weight on it but still needs the walking boot, if he agrees to get a scooter for our trip in ten days are there places in the parks to park the scooter and leave it for awhile. Today was his first day walking and he was doing okay this morning (we'll see how he feels after dinner). He keeps saying he'd rather get a wheel chair, but I think it might be cheaper to get a scooter from Apple Scooters (if it's not too late).

Anyway - should he decide to get a scooter will we be able to park it in the park and leave it for awhile. Is there a key or something so nobody takes it?

Thanks!

All ECVs come with some sort of key and it will not work without a key in it.

Officially if he wants to park it and walk, he should park it in stroller parking. However, often when I go into a restaurant I will park it inside the lobby to walk to a table.

It was usually with stroller parking, but depending on where we were it varied. There is a key. I rented one from Apple scooters b/c I was also in a walking boot and I wanted one for the ride to and from the car. Plus, it was so much cheaper than renting daily at Disney.

When I was sore I would stay in it and ride it in line. Alot of rides can accomodate a scooter in the standby lines.
